Cada cambio necesitaba de 1 hora y 30 minutos aproximadamente. Adem\u00e1s, era necesario disponer de personal especializado para este trabajo y cada vez que cambiaban de personal se requer\u00eda de una nueva capacitaci\u00f3n especializada para el correcto armado del mismo equipo. Con respecto a la fuerza de clampeo era muy d\u00e9bil ya que est\u00e1 muy lejos de la base del husillo.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Principales problemas<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Alta demanda de producci\u00f3n, la cual sobrepasaba la capacidad de la maquinaria actual<\/li>\r\n<li>Tiempo de ciclo largo por sujeci\u00f3n d\u00e9bil<\/li>\r\n<li>Mucho tiempo muerto entre cambios de modelo<\/li>\r\n<li>Se necesita gente especializada para cambio de modelo<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Soluci\u00f3n HAINBUCH<\/h2>\r\n<p>Se propuso usar el sistema TOPlus Chuck, se trata de un equipo de cambio r\u00e1pido capaz de llevar a cabo el cambio de modelo en menos de un minuto, lo que permite recuperar el 95 % del tiempo muerto por cambio de modelo, adem\u00e1s de incrementar la rigidez y la fuerza de sujeci\u00f3n en un 25 % al ser comparado con equipos similares. El responsable de planta se alegr\u00f3 de poder disponer de un equipo con mayor fuerza de clampeo gracias al sistema Hexagonal de clamping heads, capaz de ofrecer soporte en el centro que le da mayor rigidez a la sujeci\u00f3n. El nuevo sistema de cambio r\u00e1pido, reduce el n\u00famero de componentes que necesita cambiar y el tiempo entre cada cambio es m\u00e1s corto.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Johnson Controls caso exito 1\" src=\"https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Johnson-Controls-caso-exito-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Johnson Controls caso exito 1\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/p>\r\n<h2>Resultados<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Gracias a la rigidez de nuestro TOPlus chuck se pudo aumentar la velocidad de corte, as\u00ed como reducir los tiempos de ciclo en un 35%<\/li>\r\n<li>Se redujo el tiempo entre cada cambio de modelo de 1 hora a 10 minutos.<\/li>\r\n<li>En conjunto la productividad aument\u00f3 en un 45%<\/li>\r\n<li>Se redujo un 75% de consumos en piezas de desgaste del equipo de sujeci\u00f3n anterior al actual.<\/li>\r\n<li>Gracias al centro r\u00edgido y a nuestra cabeza de clampeo, se increment\u00f3 el tiempo de vida de las herramientas.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>\u00bfBuscas conseguir una\u00a0 producci\u00f3n rentable?<\/h2>\r\n<p>Si buscas conseguir una producci\u00f3n rentable debes equilibrar los factores clave del proceso de maquinado con el objetivo de conseguir los resultados deseados.
