La soluci\u00f3n para este tipo de problema es usar un captador de velocidad de v\u00e1stago directo para maquinaria industrial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">El principio de funcionamiento de un captador de v\u00e1stago directo es id\u00e9ntico al de un <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/en\/uso-de-los-transductores-sismicos-de-velocidad-para-maquinas-industriales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>transductor s\u00edsmico de velocidad<\/b><\/span><\/a>. Sin embargo, con el captador de velocidad de v\u00e1stago directo, precisamente un v\u00e1stago delgado sobresale a trav\u00e9s del capacete del captador, y est\u00e1 asegurado en un extremo directamente a la bobina m\u00f3vil que est\u00e1 adentro.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para medir la vibraci\u00f3n con un captador de v\u00e1stago directo, es necesario sujetar el cuerpo principal de la unidad a una estructura r\u00edgida (que no tenga un nivel de vibraci\u00f3n significativo) que sirva de punto de referencia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Seguidamente, se asegura la punta del v\u00e1stago a la parte vibrante mediante una punta roscada o una punta magn\u00e9tica especial. De ser necesario, las unidades de v\u00e1stago directo pueden ser sostenidas en la mano, pero hay que tener en cuenta los movimientos de la mano que resultar\u00e1n naturalmente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para eso habr\u00e1 que usar un analizador de vibraciones cuyo filtro est\u00e9 regulado en la frecuencia de vibraci\u00f3n que interesa. Se eliminar\u00e1 as\u00ed de la medici\u00f3n la vibraci\u00f3n de baja frecuencia debida al movimiento de la mano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 necesario cerciorarse de aplicar suficiente presi\u00f3n para obtener un buen contacto mec\u00e1nico, pero no demasiada que impida que el v\u00e1stago vibre dentro de sus l\u00edmites de movimiento.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Una de las ventajas del captador de velocidad de v\u00e1stago directo es que a\u00f1ade solamente el peso del v\u00e1stago y de la bobina que se mueve a las piezas en vibraci\u00f3n. Esto hace que el captador sea extremadamente \u00fatil con objetos peque\u00f1os y livianos, donde la masa intr\u00ednseca de un captador s\u00edsmico de velocidad standard puede afectar la vibraci\u00f3n misma.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFCuales_son_las_caracteristicas_de_un_captador_de_velocidad_de_vastago_directo\"><\/span><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las caracter\u00edsticas\u00a0de un captador de velocidad de v\u00e1stago directo?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Debido a que la bobina del captador es movida directamente por el v\u00e1stago, mientras que la caja del captador permanece estacionaria, la sensibilidad de este tipo de sensor no disminuye con las bajas frecuencias.
