{"id":26792,"date":"2022-03-16T09:00:02","date_gmt":"2022-03-16T09:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/?p=26792"},"modified":"2025-07-22T12:16:40","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T12:16:40","slug":"control-de-bombas-multiple-vfd-para-mejorar-la-presion-de-agua-helada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/en\/control-de-bombas-multiple-vfd-para-mejorar-la-presion-de-agua-helada\/","title":{"rendered":"Multiple VFD pump control to improve chilled water pressure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Aprovechar las tecnolog\u00edas control de bombas m\u00faltiple VFD puede ayudar a las empresas industriales a ahorrar costos, disminuir el consumo de energ\u00eda, mejorar el tiempo de actividad y prolongar la vida \u00fatil de los equipos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">El costo del sistema se puede reducir cuando se usa el control de bombas m\u00faltiples integrado del VFD.\u00a0Las capacidades PID inherentes al variador eliminan la necesidad de un controlador l\u00f3gico programable (PLC) externo para ejecutar la l\u00f3gica.\u00a0Al eliminar el PLC del sistema de control, los ahorros de costos resultan de menos requisitos de equipo, mano de obra e ingenier\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Veamos un caso de \u00e9xito que tuvo un partner de <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>TECNOLOG\u00cdA PARA LA INDUSTRIA<\/b><\/span><\/a>, que puede ser de inter\u00e9s, ya que consta del s<span class=\"s2\">uministro, instalaci\u00f3n, prueba y puesta en marcha de pat\u00edn de bombeo junto con bombas, VFD y HMI para operaciones energ\u00e9ticamente eficientes del sistema de circulaci\u00f3n de agua helada:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Antecedentes.<\/b> El responsable de planta requer\u00eda un sistema que hiciera circular agua enfriada y mantuviera una temperatura espec\u00edfica del producto en los diversos procesos con un gasto m\u00ednimo de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica para operar los motores de las bombas.\u00a0El agua enfriada almacenada en el IBT (tanque del banco de hielo) debe circular a trav\u00e9s de una tuber\u00eda de 150 mil\u00edmetros de di\u00e1metro para distribuirla a varios PHE (intercambiadores de calor de placas) para enfriar la leche a 4 \u00b0C.\u00a0El requerimiento m\u00e1ximo de agua enfriada era de 150,000 LPH.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Descripci\u00f3n.<\/b> El antiguo sistema funcionaba con dos bombas de 10 HP y una bomba de 15 HP para mantener una presi\u00f3n de 6 Kg\/cm2.\u00a0Ten\u00eda limitaciones ya que todos los motores estaban bajo control manual, lo que provocaba p\u00e9rdidas de energ\u00eda.\u00a0Ten\u00eda un control de flujo limitado ya que no se recib\u00eda una retroalimentaci\u00f3n adecuada de flujo y temperatura.\u00a0Tambi\u00e9n hubo p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda para la circulaci\u00f3n de agua enfriada fuera de las horas pico.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Soluci\u00f3n.<\/b> La soluci\u00f3n proporcionada incluye un control inteligente con una interfaz de usuario basada en pantalla t\u00e1ctil.\u00a0Tiene un total de seis bombas en total con una potencia nominal de 7,5 HP.\u00a0Las bombas se controlan con una combinaci\u00f3n de accionamiento inversor y accionamiento comercial utilizando el algoritmo integrado en el VFD, utilizando dos bucles de control PID de los cuatro bucles disponibles.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p4\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/ultatek.com\/control-multibombas-con-vfd-para-el-ahorro-de-energia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>sistema de control multibombas con VFD para el ahorro de energ\u00eda<\/strong><\/a> se configura combinando el motor accionado por el inversor, motores que son accionados comercialmente y motor auxiliar. El motor accionado por el inversor siempre es fijo. Los motores impulsados comercialmente se agregan uno por uno en control cuando el caudal de descarga requerido no se puede lograr con el motor impulsado por inversor solamente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4 alert alert-warning\">Con la implementaci\u00f3n de este sistema, la demanda actual alcanza el 70% de la demanda anterior.\u00a0Esto influy\u00f3 en el consumo de energ\u00eda y ayud\u00f3 a la empresa que requer\u00eda la presi\u00f3n de agua fr\u00eda a ahorrar en cargos de energ\u00eda.\u00a0Al mantener la temperatura constante, se asegur\u00f3 una calidad constante del producto.\u00a0Por
