Estos desequilibrios producen unos desgastes que hacen aumentar el par resistente del giro propio de la m\u00e1quina rotativa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El aumento del par resistente se traduce en un mayor consumo de energ\u00eda, es decir, los motores el\u00e9ctricos deben trabajar a una mayor potencia para poder atender a la demanda de la m\u00e1quina que esta trabajando desequilibrada por el propio proceso o por que no se encuentra correctamente alineada y equilibrada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una m\u00e1quina rotativa est\u00e1 desequilibrada cuando el centro de gravedad o centro de masas del rotor no coincide con su centro de rotaci\u00f3n o centro geom\u00e9trico. Esto origina una fuerza centr\u00edfuga que parte desde el centro de rotaci\u00f3n en direcci\u00f3n radial y gira s\u00edncronamente con el eje generando una vibraci\u00f3n excesiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soluci\u00f3n a este problema pasa por contar con un plan de mantenimiento d\u00f3nde se controlen las desalineaciones y desequilibrios de las m\u00e1quinas, llevando al m\u00e1ximo las tolerancias de equilibrado y alineaci\u00f3n. Un plan de mantenimiento predictivo ayudar\u00e1 a vigilar y optimizar los fallos y desgastes que se producen en engranajes, rodamientos, ejes y en otros elementos de la propia m\u00e1quina como es el caso de un rodete de una bomba, un ventilador, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La m\u00e1quina rotativa tiene una demanda para poder realizar su funci\u00f3n dentro del\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sistema productivo. Esa demanda aumenta a nivel energ\u00e9tico debido a un aumento de fallos, desequilibrios y desalineaci\u00f3n.
