Les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts ont entra\u00een\u00e9 un arr\u00eat de 6 heures du site et $250 000 euros pour la r\u00e9paration des purgeurs de vapeur. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S'il est impossible de pr\u00e9voir la d\u00e9faillance qui peut se produire lorsque l'eau n'est pas \u00e9limin\u00e9e du syst\u00e8me de vapeur, il est \u00e9galement vrai qu'il n'est pas difficile de calculer l'impact financier d'une d\u00e9faillance d'un purgeur de vapeur ouvert. On peut en d\u00e9duire que cela revient \u00e0 faire une hypoth\u00e8se simplificatrice et prudente en appliquant le co\u00fbt d'un purgeur de vapeur ouvert d\u00e9faillant \u00e0 celui d'un purgeur de vapeur froide d\u00e9faillant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En appliquant l'\u00e9quation de Napier, nous pouvons calculer le d\u00e9bit de vapeur \u00e0 travers le purgeur et ainsi estimer les pertes dues aux d\u00e9faillances du purgeur, qui sont mesurables \u00e0 travers l'orifice interne du purgeur. Il est important de mentionner que tous les pi\u00e8ges n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s lors de l'audit semestriel, mais seulement ceux qui \u00e9taient consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme ayant la valeur la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Les r\u00e9sultats ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 un taux de d\u00e9faillance annuel de 18,6%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compte tenu des taux de d\u00e9faillance et de la taille des purgeurs de vapeur de l'usine, nous pouvons calculer que l'impact financier de ces d\u00e9faillances s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 1 4T405 392 par an. En outre, compte tenu de la valeur \u00e9lev\u00e9e des purgeurs du syst\u00e8me, nous avons constat\u00e9 que les 112 principaux purgeurs de vapeur (39% du total audit\u00e9) \u00e9taient responsables de $ 342 578 de ces pertes (ou 84,5% de ces pertes) mises en \u0153uvre en temps r\u00e9el.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En fin de compte, le seul syst\u00e8me de surveillance de ces 112 purgeurs de vapeur \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e leur permettrait de commencer \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ces \u00e9conomies imm\u00e9diatement et l'investissement serait amorti en quelques mois.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les syst\u00e8mes de vapeur sont con\u00e7us avec des purgeurs de vapeur pour \u00e9liminer la condensation des tuyauteries et prot\u00e9ger les \u00e9quipements de l'usine, puis pour permettre un fonctionnement efficace des \u00e9quipements et des processus de l'usine, de sorte que la d\u00e9faillance d'un purgeur de vapeur a un impact significatif. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La m\u00e9thode traditionnelle de contr\u00f4le de ces purgeurs consiste \u00e0 confier \u00e0 un tiers la r\u00e9alisation d'audits manuels au cours desquels le niveau et la temp\u00e9rature du purgeur sont mesur\u00e9s par ultrasons, ce qui permet de d\u00e9terminer l'\u00e9tat des purgeurs et de prendre les mesures appropri\u00e9es pour les r\u00e9parer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec l'av\u00e8nement de la technologie des transmetteurs sans fil, l'\u00e9tat des pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 vapeur les plus pr\u00e9cieux peut \u00eatre surveill\u00e9 en continu, ce qui les rend d\u00e9sormais rentables. Par cons\u00e9quent, pour mettre en \u0153uvre un programme de surveillance continue, il est important de savoir o\u00f9 se situe l'impact le plus important dans le processus.
