En ce sens, nous regarderons au-del\u00e0 des budgets annuels qui ne montrent pas seulement les co\u00fbts de maintenance quotidiens, mais qui aideront \u00e9galement \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les ratios d'inefficacit\u00e9 des purgeurs de vapeur qui nuisent \u00e0 l'efficacit\u00e9 du processus et augmentent les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La mise en \u0153uvre de technologies innovantes qui limitent l'\u00e9vacuation des condensats dans le syst\u00e8me et qui sont \u00e0 l'origine de l'inefficacit\u00e9 des purgeurs de vapeur est doublement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique : <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9conomies d'\u00e9nergie pour l'usine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9duction des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme nous le savons, la plupart des processus industriels utilisent la vapeur comme source d'\u00e9nergie et la vapeur est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement re\u00e7ue d'une chaudi\u00e8re ou de processus exothermiques, puis distribu\u00e9e \u00e0 toutes les applications avec les capacit\u00e9s thermiques requises. Certaines usines font \u00e9tat de bons r\u00e9sultats avec les outils \u00e0 ultrasons gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la v\u00e9rification combin\u00e9e du bruit du flux et des temp\u00e9ratures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D'autres combinent le contr\u00f4le par ultrasons avec une cam\u00e9ra thermique \u00e0 infrarouge. Cette technique n\u00e9cessite de pr\u00eater attention aux mat\u00e9riaux du pi\u00e8ge et de la canalisation pour \u00e9viter les reflets. D'autres encore encouragent la surveillance en temps r\u00e9el et en continu des pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 l'aide de transmetteurs int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 un ordinateur central.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas d'inefficacit\u00e9 des purgeurs de vapeur parce qu'ils ne s'ouvrent pas, mais continuent \u00e0 expulser de la vapeur, il existe une m\u00e9thodologie permettant d'estimer le d\u00e9bit de vapeur \u00e0 travers l'orifice interne d'un purgeur de vapeur d\u00e9faillant tout en \u00e9vacuant le condensat.
