Au fil des ans, apr\u00e8s de nombreux cycles de fonctionnement, les moteurs \u00e9lectriques sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des facteurs environnementaux tels que la salet\u00e9, la graisse, la temp\u00e9rature, le stress et les vibrations. Ces conditions peuvent entra\u00eener des d\u00e9faillances de l'isolation, entra\u00eenant des pertes de production, voire des incendies.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-primary\" role=\"alert\">Dans les grandes industries ou usines, il est courant de trouver des centaines de moteurs \u00e9lectriques de diff\u00e9rentes tailles qui doivent recevoir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement une maintenance pr\u00e9ventive \u00e9lectrique.<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de ce <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/fr\/mantenimiento-predictivo-de-motores-electricos-y-pruebas-de-servicio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>programme de maintenance pour moteurs \u00e9lectriques<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y comprennent tous les moteurs consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme critiques, ainsi que ceux qui sont tr\u00e8s grands, co\u00fbteux et difficiles \u00e0 remplacer. Sont \u00e9galement inclus les moteurs qui sont critiques pour les processus de production au sein desquels ils fonctionnent, qui peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s lorsqu'ils sont hors service ou dont le co\u00fbt de remplacement est \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme nous l'avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9, les principaux ennemis des moteurs \u00e9lectriques sont : la salet\u00e9, la chaleur, l'humidit\u00e9 et les vibrations. Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments causent des dommages excessifs \u00e0 l'isolation des moteurs, aux roulements et aux paliers, aux contacts et \u00e0 la plupart des pi\u00e8ces mobiles ; par cons\u00e9quent, l'\u00e2me de tout programme de maintenance efficace est :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une inspection visuelle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tests d'isolement pour moteurs \u00e9lectriques en tant que sauvegarde.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tecnicas_de_prueba_de_aislamiento_para_motores_electricos_de_corto_duracion\"><\/span><b>Techniques de test d'isolation pour moteurs \u00e9lectriques de courte dur\u00e9e<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce test, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de \u201c test d'isolement SPOT \u201d, est le test de r\u00e9sistance d'isolement le plus simple. Pendant ce test, la tension de sortie de l'appareil test\u00e9 est augment\u00e9e jusqu'\u00e0 la valeur souhait\u00e9e, et \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9, la lecture de la r\u00e9sistance d'isolement est prise. Si le test est toujours interrompu \u00e0 60 secondes, un param\u00e8tre coh\u00e9rent est \u00e9tabli pour chaque machine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le test SPOT est utilis\u00e9 lorsqu'une \u00e9valuation rapide de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence des conditions d'un moteur est souhait\u00e9e, les lectures doivent \u00eatre prises :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre chaque phase du moteur et la terre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre les trois reli\u00e9es temporairement \u00e0 la terre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si les valeurs de lecture sont sup\u00e9rieures aux valeurs minimales acceptables, le moteur est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 en conditions de fonctionnement pour une p\u00e9riode de temps pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 6 mois \u00e0 1 an).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les moteurs d'une tension nominale jusqu'\u00e0 460 V, la valeur minimale acceptable est de 1 m\u00e9gohm. Il est \u00e9galement stipul\u00e9 qu'elle ne doit pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 m\u00e9gohm de la valeur obtenue avec l'expression :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Isolation &gt; Tension aux bornes \/ Puissance en KVA + 100 (M\u00e9gohms)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par exemple, si l'on souhaite tester un moteur de 200 CV \u00e0 480 Volts, triphas\u00e9, la valeur minimale de r\u00e9sistance d'isolement obtenue avec l'expression pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente serait ;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Isolement &gt; 480 \/ (200 + 100) = 1,6 m\u00e9gohm<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Faisant par simplicit\u00e9 : 1 CV = 1 KVA<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La valeur de r\u00e9sistance d'isolement devrait \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure d'une certaine mani\u00e8re, en fonction de l'historique de l'isolement\u00a0; cependant, les valeurs acceptables peuvent varier en fonction d'autres facteurs, tels que\u00a0: les tensions nominales des moteurs et les types d'isolement, l'altitude de fonctionnement au-dessus du niveau de la mer, la puissance nominale du moteur et l'environnement sur le lieu d'installation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les effets de la temp\u00e9rature, de l'humidit\u00e9 et de la propret\u00e9 de la zone o\u00f9 le moteur est install\u00e9 rev\u00eatent une importance particuli\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plus important avec l'essai d'isolement de type spot est la tendance des valeurs comparatives des lectures de l'essai d'ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e. Ces lectures fournissent un excellent guide sur l'\u00e9tat du moteur.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Comprobaciones_periodicas_de_la_resistencia_del_aislamiento_del_motor\"><\/span><b>Contr\u00f4les p\u00e9riodiques de la r\u00e9sistance d'isolement du moteur\u00a0<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cl\u00e9 pour prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie de tout moteur \u00e9lectrique est une inspection et un entretien r\u00e9guliers. La r\u00e9sistance d'isolement des moteurs stock\u00e9s et en fonctionnement doit \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour les raisons suivantes :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la r\u00e9sistance d'isolement d'un moteur neuf, propre ou r\u00e9par\u00e9 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 stock\u00e9 pendant un certain temps est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10 M\u03a9, la raison pourrait \u00eatre que les enroulements sont humides et doivent \u00eatre s\u00e9ch\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour un moteur \u00e9lectrique en fonctionnement, la r\u00e9sistance d'isolement minimale peut tomber \u00e0 un niveau critique. Si la valeur mesur\u00e9e de la r\u00e9sistance d'isolement est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la valeur calcul\u00e9e de la r\u00e9sistance d'isolement minimale, le moteur peut continuer \u00e0 fonctionner.
