Cela signifie qu'il faut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s attentif au niveau de vibration d'une machine et noter toute augmentation, car c'est le signe d'un probl\u00e8me m\u00e9canique en cours de fabrication. Toutes les machines incluses dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/fr\/3-pasos-para-elaborar-un-programa-de-mantenimiento-predictivo-adecuado-para-tu-instalacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>programme de maintenance pr\u00e9dictive<\/b><\/span><\/a> doivent \u00eatre test\u00e9es ou v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es de cette mani\u00e8re selon un calendrier sp\u00e9cifique. Certains types de machines peuvent faire l'objet d'une v\u00e9rification tous les deux mois, d'autres \u00e0 des intervalles de plusieurs semaines, d'autres encore tous les jours et, dans le cas de machines particuli\u00e8rement critiques, la v\u00e9rification peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re continue.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-warning\">Par exemple, un vibrom\u00e8tre portable prend des mesures p\u00e9riodiques des vibrations sur chaque machine en maintenant un capteur de vibrations en contact avec la machine, ce qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re un signal \u00e9lectrique repr\u00e9sentant la quantit\u00e9 de vibrations \u00e0 ce point. Ce signal est affich\u00e9 sur le vibrom\u00e8tre sous la forme d'un niveau de vibration.<\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les mesures de vibrations effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide de ces instruments d'essai portatifs doivent \u00eatre consign\u00e9es sur une fiche de donn\u00e9es. La fiche de donn\u00e9es comprend un diagramme de la machine et indique les points o\u00f9 les relev\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s. L'enregistrement des donn\u00e9es, \u00e0 la fois les relev\u00e9s du vibrom\u00e8tre et un graphique des relev\u00e9s, fournit un historique clair de l'\u00e9tat de la machine. Une tendance \u00e0 l'augmentation des niveaux de vibration est le signe d'un probl\u00e8me imminent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dans les grandes usines, il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire d'utiliser des centaines de points de mesure et une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de programmes de v\u00e9rification diff\u00e9rents. Le syst\u00e8me informatis\u00e9 traite simplement tous les chiffres, graphiques et donn\u00e9es sous forme \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En utilisant des vibrom\u00e8tres et des collecteurs de donn\u00e9es, un technicien peut effectuer des relev\u00e9s sur de nombreuses machines dans l'ensemble de l'usine en un laps de temps relativement court. Cependant, certaines machines ne sont pas tr\u00e8s accessibles pour une v\u00e9rification manuelle. Les machines \u00e0 haute performance telles que les turbines \u00e0 vapeur et \u00e0 gaz, les pompes centrifuges \u00e0 grande vitesse et les compresseurs peuvent d\u00e9velopper des probl\u00e8mes tr\u00e8s rapidement et avec peu ou pas d'avertissement pr\u00e9alable. Ces types de machines n\u00e9cessitent un syst\u00e8me de v\u00e9rification automatique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La v\u00e9rification automatique n\u00e9cessite l'utilisation d'un instrument appel\u00e9 moniteur de vibrations. Des capteurs de vibration, install\u00e9s en permanence \u00e0 des endroits strat\u00e9giques de la machine, d\u00e9tectent en permanence le niveau de vibration. Lorsque la vibration d\u00e9passe un niveau pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini, un relais du syst\u00e8me de surveillance d\u00e9clenche une alarme. Si la vibration continue d'augmenter jusqu'\u00e0 atteindre un point dangereux, un autre relais d\u00e9clenche une alarme d'arr\u00eat ou initie une s\u00e9quence d'op\u00e9rations qui arr\u00eate automatiquement la machine.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-warning\">Diff\u00e9rents types de capteurs sont disponibles pour mesurer les vibrations.
