Cet article est bas\u00e9 sur un audit de l'air comprim\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 deux ans apr\u00e8s la mise en service d'une nouvelle usine de transformation de la viande. L'audit a permis d'identifier de nombreux probl\u00e8mes et de formuler des recommandations qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de consommation d'air. <b>comprim\u00e9<\/b> de l'usine dans un 60%.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dans l'industrie, plus de 10% de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 consomm\u00e9e est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la production d'air comprim\u00e9 et, bien que cela varie d'un secteur \u00e0 l'autre, dans certains cas, cela peut repr\u00e9senter jusqu'\u00e0 30% de l'\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique utilis\u00e9e. Il est donc prioritaire, surtout \u00e0 notre \u00e9poque, d'avoir un plan d'action pour \u00e9conomiser sur la consommation d'air comprim\u00e9. Voici une \u00e9tude de cas qui pourrait int\u00e9resser les responsables des op\u00e9rations dans les usines de transformation de la viande.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Configuracion_del_sistema_de_suministro_de_aire_comprimido\"><\/span>Configuration du syst\u00e8me d'alimentation en air comprim\u00e9<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Le syst\u00e8me de production et de traitement de l'air comprim\u00e9 se composait de trois grands compresseurs \u00e0 vis lubrifi\u00e9s, refroidis \u00e0 l'air, \u00e0 vitesse fixe, d'une puissance de 300 ch et d'une capacit\u00e9 de 1250 pcm, fonctionnant en mode charge\/d\u00e9charge. La capacit\u00e9 de stockage du syst\u00e8me \u00e9tait de 4 000 gallons. Deux types de s\u00e9cheurs d'air comprim\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s : le s\u00e9cheur frigorifique sans recyclage a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour l'air envoy\u00e9 dans les zones de l'usine d'abattage o\u00f9 les temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes \u00e9taient normales. Pour les zones de transformation de la viande o\u00f9 les temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes \u00e9taient de l'ordre de 5\u00b0C, l'air comprim\u00e9 \u00e9tait s\u00e9ch\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un s\u00e9cheur d'air dessiccant non chauff\u00e9. Les s\u00e9cheurs r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9s et les s\u00e9cheurs par dessiccation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s en s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Le refroidissement du compresseur d'air aspirant l'air ext\u00e9rieur, qui atteignait parfois des temp\u00e9ratures tr\u00e8s basses, \u00e9tait pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 en le m\u00e9langeant \u00e0 l'air chaud de refoulement du compresseur \u00e0 travers un conduit de croisement. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'une bonne utilisation de la chaleur de compression des compresseurs, c'est l'un des rares points positifs connus du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_registro_de_datos_ayudo_a_identificar_unos_costos_energeticos_sorprendentemente_altos\"><\/span>L'enregistrement des donn\u00e9es a permis d'identifier des co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques \u00e9tonnamment \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/fr\/etapes-pour-realiser-une-reussite-daudit-du-systeme-dair-comprime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/pasos-para-realizar-una-auditoria-del-sistema-de-aire-comprimido-con-exito\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1659513976011000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1hq34K-J_s6dBA4foXyXwm\">audit de l'air comprim\u00e9<\/a> de l'usine pour d\u00e9terminer l'efficacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me. Le syst\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'enregistreurs de donn\u00e9es afin de v\u00e9rifier l'efficacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me et de d\u00e9terminer s'il y avait des probl\u00e8mes \u00e9vidents. L'audit a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l'apport \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique au syst\u00e8me d'air comprim\u00e9 \u00e9tait en moyenne de 440 kW pour produire un d\u00e9bit moyen de 1 250 cfm, ce qui donne une puissance sp\u00e9cifique du syst\u00e8me de 35 kW par 100 cfm. Ce chiffre est nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que pr\u00e9vu, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que les compresseurs d'air ont une puissance nominale de 20 kW par 100 pcm. La charge d'air d\u00e9passait parfois la capacit\u00e9 des compresseurs, ce qui faisait chuter la pression du syst\u00e8me \u00e0 des niveaux inf\u00e9rieurs. La qualit\u00e9 de l'air \u00e9tait m\u00e9diocre en raison de probl\u00e8mes de configuration et de conception des s\u00e9cheurs. Des probl\u00e8mes de filtration ont permis \u00e0 l'huile d'encrasser le dessiccateur du s\u00e9cheur, r\u00e9duisant ainsi l'efficacit\u00e9 du s\u00e9chage. Certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l'usine avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 la conception d'origine, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une augmentation consid\u00e9rable de la charge pr\u00e9vue. C'est pourquoi un inventaire tr\u00e8s d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rentes utilisations finales a \u00e9t\u00e9 dress\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Elevados_costos_en_el_transporte_de_desechos_a_traves_de_sistemas_neumaticos\"><\/span>Co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s du transport des d\u00e9chets par des syst\u00e8mes pneumatiques<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude approfondie des utilisations finales de l'usine a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer s'il \u00e9tait possible de r\u00e9duire les charges d'air comprim\u00e9. Pr\u00e8s de 60% du d\u00e9bit \u00e9tait consomm\u00e9 par les syst\u00e8mes de transport et de soufflage de l'usine.<\/p>\n<p>L'usine effectue des op\u00e9rations d'abattage et, entre le point d'entr\u00e9e des porcs vivants et la sortie de la viande d\u00e9coup\u00e9e, de nombreux mat\u00e9riaux sont retir\u00e9s des carcasses. Les concepteurs de l'usine ont adopt\u00e9 un vaste syst\u00e8me de transport pneumatique en phase dense pour envoyer des mati\u00e8res telles que les poils, les abats, les poumons, les estomacs et les oreilles vers des endroits de l'usine o\u00f9 elles peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9es pour \u00eatre transport\u00e9es vers des installations d'\u00e9quarrissage ou de transformation. Aussi d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able que cela puisse para\u00eetre, tous ces sous-produits ont une fonction utile dans notre cha\u00eene alimentaire et ne sont pas gaspill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ces produits ne sont pas des produits typiques qui sont normalement transport\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide de pneumatiques, et les convoyeurs se bloquaient. Au cours de la phase de d\u00e9pannage, les techniciens de l'usine ont modifi\u00e9 \u00e0 titre exp\u00e9rimental les temps de soufflage et les pressions d'entr\u00e9e pour tenter de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de transport. Au fil du temps, certains convoyeurs pr\u00e9sentaient des temps de soufflage mal r\u00e9gl\u00e9s, de sorte que le d\u00e9bit d'air comprim\u00e9 n'\u00e9tait pas proche du d\u00e9bit de conception du convoyeur. Certains de ces convoyeurs consommaient plus de six fois la valeur pr\u00e9vue. Les convoyeurs provoquaient \u00e9galement des \u00e9v\u00e9nements al\u00e9atoires de d\u00e9bit \u00e9lev\u00e9, qui affectaient n\u00e9gativement les pressions du syst\u00e8me et perturbaient la strat\u00e9gie de contr\u00f4le du compresseur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Las_aplicaciones_de_soplado_en_la_linea_de_procesado\"><\/span>Applications du moulage par soufflage sur la ligne de traitement<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>En outre, les concepteurs de divers \u00e9quipements d'emballage dans la cha\u00eene de transformation ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 adopter le soufflage d'air comprim\u00e9 pour \u00e9liminer les liquides des paquets de viande emball\u00e9s. Les concepteurs n'\u00e9taient pas conscients du co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 de l'air comprim\u00e9 et ont install\u00e9 de nombreuses buses tout au long de la cha\u00eene de transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me de soufflage \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement co\u00fbteux. L'installation utilisait 24 buses plates pour \u00e9liminer l'eau r\u00e9siduelle d'une bande transporteuse apr\u00e8s son lavage et sa st\u00e9rilisation. L'utilisation de ces buses consomme beaucoup d'\u00e9nergie, surtout si elles se sont cass\u00e9es, laissant l'air s'\u00e9chapper par un trou ouvert. Les filtres du s\u00e9choir ont \u00e9t\u00e9 agrandis pour r\u00e9duire la diff\u00e9rence de pression. Les donn\u00e9es de ce syst\u00e8me ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9es aux informations fournies par le contr\u00f4leur du compresseur. Toutes ces informations sont \u00e9galement envoy\u00e9es au syst\u00e8me SCADA de l'usine.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au total, les am\u00e9liorations ont permis de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la pression diff\u00e9rentielle et la consommation d'\u00e9nergie du syst\u00e8me.
