Il n'est pas rare qu'elles contribuent largement \u00e0 la perception visuelle du produit final, c'est pourquoi une attention particuli\u00e8re est accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du processus d'impression.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-warning\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une image imprim\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision rev\u00eat une grande importance dans de nombreux domaines de la vie quotidienne. Les machines d'impression sont utilis\u00e9es, par exemple, dans la fabrication de journaux, d'emballages et de d\u00e9corations. Aujourd'hui, les journaux sont imprim\u00e9s avec au moins quatre couleurs de base dans le cadre du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 offset.<\/div>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans l'impression d'emballages, on utilise parfois jusqu'\u00e0 10 couleurs ou plus sur une seule machine d'impression h\u00e9liographique ou flexographique. Pour obtenir sans probl\u00e8me les pr\u00e9cisions d'impression requises ainsi que le pliage et l'enroulement, le parall\u00e9lisme des rouleaux est un point essentiel.<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'entra\u00eenement des enrouleurs peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur des machines d'impression \u00e0 l'aide d'arbres \u00e0 cardan, dans lesquels les moteurs d'entra\u00eenement sont souvent mont\u00e9s sur des socles s\u00e9par\u00e9s. En raison des charges g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es lors de l'insertion de bobines de bande pesant plusieurs tonnes, les enrouleurs modifient leur position par rapport \u00e0 leurs entra\u00eenements au fil du temps. Un contr\u00f4le r\u00e9gulier de l'alignement des sections d'entra\u00eenement permet de pr\u00e9venir l'usure des arbres \u00e0 cardan et d'\u00e9viter ainsi les arr\u00eats impr\u00e9vus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors de l'impression \u00e0 base de solvants, il est n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les solvants pr\u00e9sents dans l'air d'\u00e9chappement. C'est pourquoi, dans les groupes moteur et pompe de la zone de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des solvants, l'alignement des arbres d'entra\u00eenement et des arbres entra\u00een\u00e9s doit \u00eatre
