Une maintenance pr\u00e9dictive ad\u00e9quate permet d'assurer le bon fonctionnement des machines et des installations, ce qui se traduit par une r\u00e9duction des temps d'arr\u00eat et, bien entendu, par une augmentation de la fiabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais qu'est-ce que la fiabilit\u00e9 ? Une personne est fiable lorsqu'on peut lui faire confiance, parce qu'il y a une garantie qu'elle respectera ses engagements. En ce sens, lorsqu'on assure qu'une machine est fiable, c'est parce qu'elle ne tombera pas en panne, tandis que lorsqu'on demande si une rumeur ou une nouvelle est fiable, on s'interroge sur sa v\u00e9racit\u00e9. Ces descriptions sont des vues qualitatives et habituelles du concept de fiabilit\u00e9 qui sont utilis\u00e9es famili\u00e8rement.<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C'est \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1940 qu'a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit le concept quantitatif de fiabilit\u00e9 d'un appareil, toujours valable aujourd'hui, comme la probabilit\u00e9 que l'appareil remplisse correctement sa fonction dans le temps lorsqu'il fonctionne dans l'environnement pour lequel il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En outre, la d\u00e9finition \u00e9tablie de la fiabilit\u00e9 comprend d'autres aspects tels que<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Fonctionnement correct. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formellement, le fonctionnement d'un appareil est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme ad\u00e9quat si la fonction pr\u00e9vue de l'appareil est atteinte. Il s'agit des conditions environnementales (temp\u00e9rature, pression, humidit\u00e9, rayonnement, bruit acoustique, etc.) et des conditions de fonctionnement (tension et courant \u00e9lectriques, vibrations, acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au cours de leur utilisation, les dispositifs peuvent fonctionner dans des conditions diff\u00e9rentes de celles pr\u00e9vues lors de leur conception ou subir des contraintes impr\u00e9vues, ponctuelles ou plus permanentes, qui affaiblissent leur r\u00e9sistance intrins\u00e8que \u00e0 la d\u00e9faillance et peuvent conduire \u00e0 leur d\u00e9faillance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fiabilit\u00e9, en tant que caract\u00e9ristique op\u00e9rationnelle de base des \u00e9quipements et des syst\u00e8mes, est de plus en plus \u00e9vidente dans l'environnement industriel d'aujourd'hui, \u00e9tant une caract\u00e9ristique fondamentale pour les dispositifs non r\u00e9parables ou les dispositifs ayant un r\u00e9gime de fonctionnement continu et tr\u00e8s importante pour les dispositifs r\u00e9parables ou les dispositifs ayant un r\u00e9gime de fonctionnement intermittent.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-warning\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cela se refl\u00e8te de plus en plus dans les exigences contractuelles de fiabilit\u00e9 que les gouvernements et les entreprises imposent \u00e0 leurs fournisseurs et dans les exigences encore largement implicites des consommateurs lorsqu'ils ach\u00e8tent des produits et des services.<\/div>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces exigences et demandes vont de l'inclusion de clauses de fiabilit\u00e9 pour des dispositifs individuels dans les contrats de fourniture, \u00e0 des demandes de d\u00e9monstration de leur niveau de fiabilit\u00e9, en passant par des p\u00e9riodes de garantie plus longues.<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D'un point de vue purement \u00e9conomique, une grande fiabilit\u00e9 des appareils r\u00e9duit les co\u00fbts globaux li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur fonctionnement.
