En este post te ense\u00f1amos un caso pr\u00e1ctico de calculo de ahorros en consumos energ\u00e9ticos de hasta un 10% en cada m\u00e1quina para una planta que pudo conseguir 64.159 \u20ac al a\u00f1o de ahorro alineando 20 m\u00e1quinas rotativas .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Los responsables de mantenimiento que han desplegado las tecnolog\u00edas de alineaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1quinas rotativas, est\u00e1n consiguiendo que sus plantas ganen dinero al ahorrar en costes energ\u00e9ticos.Sin embargo, todav\u00eda muchos de los beneficios de la alineaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1quinas siguen siendo desconocidos para muchos responsables de producci\u00f3n y mantenimiento que todav\u00eda no cuentan con este tipo de actividades dentro de sus <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>proyectos de mantenimiento industrial<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">. Esto puede atribuirse a la dificultad de poder ver el retorno de la inversi\u00f3n ROI en este tipo de actividades. Es mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil medir los costes que se disminuyen o se eliminan al implantar tecnolog\u00edas de alineaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1quinas rotativas, en lugar de medir el coste de adquisici\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">La realidad es que las m\u00e1quinas rotativas son susceptibles de sufrir desalineaci\u00f3n. Unas m\u00e1quinas bien alineadas en la fase de puesta en marcha, y sometidas a un mantenimiento peri\u00f3dico a partir de ese momento, ayudar\u00e1 a reducir los costes de mantenimiento y de operaci\u00f3n de la planta en el largo plazo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Las m\u00e1quinas rotativas tienen un consumo energ\u00e9tico intr\u00ednseco a su funcionamiento y sufren ineficiencia operativa. Las m\u00e1s evidentes son las relacionadas con la din\u00e1mica de la m\u00e1quina. La desalineaci\u00f3n es una de ellas y se genera de manera reiterada en m\u00e1quinas rotativas. Inclusive al momento de ser instaladas \u00e9stas se desalinean con el primer arranque. El objetivo de todo responsable de planta debe ser monitorizar el funcionamiento de su parque de m\u00e1quinas, para corregir estas ineficiencias operativas y despilfarros energ\u00e9ticos por desconocimiento de la importancia de la alineaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><b>Ahorros en consumos energ\u00e9ticos de hasta un 10% en cada m\u00e1quina.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Una m\u00e1quina que no se encuentra alineada y donde las condiciones de su entorno (amortiguaci\u00f3n, fijaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica y bases de la m\u00e1quina) no sean los adecuados, traer\u00e1n un aumento de la vibraci\u00f3n y un aumento importante del consumo energ\u00e9tico. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">La alineaci\u00f3n nos permite corregir problemas operativos din\u00e1micos y analizar en profundidad las condiciones del entorno, para as\u00ed poder obtener ahorros en consumos energ\u00e9ticos de hasta un 10% en cada m\u00e1quina.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00bfAlguno se estar\u00e1 preguntado si conseguir un ahorro energ\u00e9tico del 10% por small;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">F.P = Factor de Potencia (usualmente se considera 0.92, ya que ya existen muchos equipos eficientes) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Si consideramos un motor de 480 V y 50 amp que funciona 8400 horas \/a\u00f1o con un coste de 0,10 \u20ac\/KW-h tenemos que la potencia consumida ser\u00e1 de:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p total ser\u00eda de 8400 h\/a\u00f1o x 38,19 kW x 0,10 \u20ac\/KW-h = 32.079 \u20ac anuales por esta m\u00e1quina. Si tienes un parque de 20 m\u00e1quinas el ahorro ser\u00eda de 19.240 \u20ac al a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00bfControlas el inventario total de m\u00e1quinas rotativas dentro de tus instalaciones y su consumo energ\u00e9tico? \u00bfSabes si est\u00e1n alineadas? Si aplicas un plan de mantenimiento predictivo que incluya las tecnolog\u00edas de alineaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1quinas rotativas puedes conseguir ahorros que van del 3% al 10% de ahorro por
