Como bien sabemos, la mayor\u00eda de las instalaciones industriales necesitan alg\u00fan tipo de aire comprimido, bien sea para ejecutar una herramienta de aire simple o para tareas m\u00e1s complicadas como la operaci\u00f3n de neum\u00e1ticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, pocas industrias colocan sus ojos en los sistemas de aire comprimido y cuando lo hacen logran descubrir que no lo est\u00e1n ejecutando de la manera m\u00e1s eficiente posible, con el resultado de desperdicio de energ\u00eda y facturas m\u00e1s altas. De hecho, la mayor\u00eda de las plantas que usan aire comprimido probablemente podr\u00edan hacerlo con un nuevo conjunto de ojos en su sistema. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ejemplo, si quieres determinar el coste del aire comprimido y mejorar el sistema, es relevante verificar lo siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las tarifas locales de electricidad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La longitud de la manguera.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tama\u00f1o de la m\u00e1quina. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los requisitos de uso del aire de sus herramientas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las diferentes variables como: altitud, temperatura y humedad relativa de su entorno de trabajo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es lo que afecta directamente a la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y por ende incide en el coste del aire comprimido, pero, si logras realizar al menos una o dos mejoras en el propio sistema seguramente reducir\u00e1n los costes a largo plazo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando se trata de entornos industriales como plantas embotelladoras e instalaciones farmac\u00e9uticas, los sistemas de aire comprimido suelen consumir m\u00e1s energ\u00eda y su funcionamiento\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"\/\/pdfs.semanticscholar.org\/aaa6\/3c0d4d090bcebfa98e75111e24748e216aa3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuesta m\u00e1s<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0que cualquier otra cosa. Se dice que el aire comprimido es una de las fuentes m\u00e1s caras de energ\u00eda y su eficiencia t\u00edpica puede ser tan baja como 10% -15%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tiene sentido, entonces, que el coste de energ\u00eda de por vida de la energ\u00eda consumida es mucho m\u00e1s costoso que el coste inicial del propio compresor,\u00a0es tan as\u00ed que el\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"\/\/www.matteicomp.com\/air-compressors\/miem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">80% del coste total<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0de tu sistema de aire comprimido ser\u00e1 la electricidad que consume. Esta potencia nominal (caballos de fuerza) se deben verificar en las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas del equipo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>0.746: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Constante de conversi\u00f3n entre hp y kW<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Porcentaje de tiempo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Porcentaje de tiempo que se ejecuta en el nivel operativo. Para ello, se debe sumar la cantidad de d\u00edas por a\u00f1o en que funciona tu instalaci\u00f3n y multipl\u00edcala por la cantidad de horas que la planta opera en un d\u00eda de trabajo promedio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Porcentaje de carga completa de bhp: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puedes mirar tu factura de electricidad y su utilidad te dir\u00e1 lo que te est\u00e1n cobrando por kilovatio-hora.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Eficiencia del motor:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Eficiencia del motor en este nivel de operaci\u00f3n. Para obtener este n\u00famero, debes consultar la\u00a0secci\u00f3n de la <\/span><a href=\"\/\/www.cagi.org\/performance-verification\/data-sheets.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>hoja de datos de rendimiento\u00a0del Instituto de Aire Comprimido y Gas (CAGI)<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0de tu y buscar en la fila 7 en la que encontrar\u00e1s un n\u00famero expresado como un porcentaje junto a \u00abEficiencia nominal del motor de accionamiento\u00bb. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Aqu\u00ed un ejemplo para determinar el coste del aire comprimido en plantas industriales utilizando la f\u00f3rmula antes descrita<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digamos que est\u00e1 intentando calcular el coste de un compresor de 200 hp con un bhp de carga completa de 215 hp, y lo ejecuta durante 5.000 horas al a\u00f1o.\u00a0Si su tarifa el\u00e9ctrica es de $ 0.07 d\u00f3lares \/ kwh y la eficiencia de su motor es del 95%, el costo ser\u00eda el siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2443 aligncenter\" src=\"\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Determinar-el-coste-del-aire-comprimido-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"100\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Determinar-el-coste-del-aire-comprimido-3-18x3.png 18w, https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Determinar-el-coste-del-aire-comprimido-3-150x25.png 150w, https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Determinar-el-coste-del-aire-comprimido-3-300x50.png 300w, https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Determinar-el-coste-del-aire-comprimido-3-390x65.png 390w, https:\/\/tecnologiaparalaindustria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Determinar-el-coste-del-aire-comprimido-3.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta f\u00f3rmula asume que siempre est\u00e1 operando el compresor a plena carga y para lograr un c\u00e1lculo m\u00e1s realista, se sugiere modificar la ecuaci\u00f3n para tener en cuenta la carga parcial.\u00a0\u00bfC\u00f3mo?
