A continuaci\u00f3n veremos los tipos de calderas que existen en el mercado y las principales caracter\u00edsticas que hay que conocer para elegir correctamente la caldera que mejor se ajusta a cada aplicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Caracteristicas_de_cada_tipo_de_calderas_de_vapor_electricas_industriales\"><\/span><b>Caracter\u00edsticas de cada tipo de c<\/b><b>alderas de vapor el\u00e9ctricas industriales<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>En la actualidad existen dos variedades de calderas el\u00e9ctricas: aquellas calderas sumergibles de tipo elemento resistente y las calderas de tipo electrodo. Estos dos tipos de calderas el\u00e9ctricas rara vez coinciden en el tama\u00f1o de la caldera debido a los costes de fabricaci\u00f3n y al nivel de control requerido.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Caldera_sumergible_de_tipo_elemento_resistente\"><\/span><b><\/b><b>Caldera sumergible de tipo elemento resistente<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Como su propio nombre indica, este tipo de\u00a0<b>c<\/b><b>alderas de vapor el\u00e9ctricas industriales,\u00a0<\/b>se caracterizan porque todos los elementos est\u00e1n completamente sumergidos en el agua. Estas unidades est\u00e1n disponibles en configuraciones desde los 208V hasta los 600V.<\/p>\n<p>Las calderas de elementos que est\u00e1n por debajo de 200PSI tienen elementos que est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados con bridas de 4 tornillos lo que significa que pueden ser retirados con herramientas manuales comunes, a diferencia de los lazos de elementos de estilo paquete utilizados por otras calderas. Aquellas calderas el\u00e9ctricas de m\u00e1s de 200PSI, utilizan un estilo de haz para garantizar los \u00edndices de presi\u00f3n de hasta 1.750PSI.<\/p>\n<p>Las calderas el\u00e9ctricas de resistencia van desde 10KW a 5.000KW tanto en calderas el\u00e9ctricas hidr\u00f3nicas como de vapor y se controlan mediante un controlador de tarjeta de secuencia progresiva proporcional vinculado a un controlador de temperatura o de presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Cada una de estas\u00a0<b>c<\/b><b>alderas de vapor el\u00e9ctricas industriales<\/b>\u00a0tienen circuitos internos conectados a contactores de elementos que son activados y desactivados por una tarjeta de control de pasos, dependiendo de la entrada en el controlador de la caldera. La tarjeta de control por pasos activa un banco de elementos seleccionado de manera uniforme, a la vez que se da un tiempo de retardo para no sobrecargar elementos individuales m\u00e1s que otros. Esto significa que la tarjeta de paso activa el siguiente circuito de paso de elementos si la caldera se apaga en orden y por tanto se asegura un desgaste uniforme de los elementos con el paso del tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfSab\u00edas que puedes aprovechar el vapor de tus procesos? Su rango va de 2.700PPH hasta 167.000PPH pudiendo ir el rango de salida de vapor desde 2,700PPH hasta 167,000PPH. Adem\u00e1s, las condiciones t\u00edpicas de funcionamiento van de 100-400PSI y a diferencia de las calderas sumergible de tipo resistente, sus potencias pueden ir desde 800kW a 50.000kW.<\/p>\n<p>Las calderas el\u00e9ctricas de tipo electrodo s\u00f3lo se ofrecen como opci\u00f3n de caldera de vapor y son adecuadas para la mayor\u00eda de las aplicaciones de calderas de vapor que requieren alta presi\u00f3n. En este tipo de\u00a0<b>c<\/b><b>alderas de vapor el\u00e9ctricas industriales<\/b>, los electrodos se suspenden por encima del nivel de agua de la caldera. Cuando el sistema demanda vapor, una o varias bombas accionadas por variadores de frecuencia variable VFD hacen subir el agua de la caldera desde el dep\u00f3sito, a trav\u00e9s de la boquilla de vapor, y la roc\u00edan sobre los electrodos energizados, convirti\u00e9ndola inmediatamente en vapor.<\/p>\n<p>Utilizando un VFD para controlar la salida, las calderas de electrodos se configuran con una reducci\u00f3n del 100%. Hay que tener en cuenta que estas calderas no pueden entrar en una condici\u00f3n de bajo nivel de agua\u00a0\u00a0ya que cuando el agua no llega al cabezal de la boquilla, no se produce vapor y por lo tanto la caldera y el sistema est\u00e1n protegidos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEstas soluciones se ajustan a las necesidades de tus procesos industriales?
